2. Our Services
SecureZaidi Ltd ("SecureZaidi", "we", "us") provides cybersecurity consulting, data protection and GRC advisory, security awareness training, and compliance support services to organisations, with a focus on compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Professional service engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between SecureZaidi and the client. If there is any conflict between these Terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails for that engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms, and no client relationship is created by your use of this website or by an enquiry alone.
3. Acceptable Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations, including the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without our prior written authorisation
